About GetReply

GetReply is an official WhatsApp Business API platform for Indian businesses. Campaigns, a shared team inbox, chat flows and AI agents, in one plan.

Why we built it

Most WhatsApp platforms are sold cheap and then charged for in pieces: a fee per team member, a price band for contacts, an add-on for the chatbot, a markup on every message. The bill never looks like the price on the website. And when something breaks, the reply takes days.

We built GetReply the other way round. One plan, ₹2,000 a month including GST, with unlimited team logins, contacts, campaigns, chat flows and AI agents. Messages at Meta's rates. A human answers the same working day, or that month is free.

Who we are

GetReply is a brand of Neo Grow Marketing, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and an official Meta partner. We work with businesses across India, and our support runs in regional languages, not only English.

What we will not do

• Charge per seat or per contact
• Hide a markup in your message rates
• Promise delivery that only Meta can decide
• Sell you a plan you have to upgrade to use properly
